Jessica Weiss
I began grooming my puppy during the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic when grooming salons were closed. I slowly began doing my research and studying pet grooming when I quickly developed a passion for this rewarding career. I am currently in my 3rd year of my Animal Biology undergraduate degree at the University of Guelph and aspire to go to vet school one day to continue changing animals' lives. While I have years of experience with dogs, I recently began fostering cats and eventually adopted my own - it is safe to say I am 50/50 torn between loving both dogs and cats. I am a patient but persistent person when it comes to pets, I aspire to do everything I can to ensure their utmost comfort in the salon.
Kyla St. Martin
Like all of you, I have a dog who requires lots of brushing and cleaning. From a young age I have always enjoyed being around and connecting with animals. In September of 2022, Jessica asked me to help out with a couple of dogs she was grooming. I quickly grew to love helping make all animals coming into the salon feel fresh and happy. Building connections with our clients and working to maintain a stress-free environment brings me joy. I am so happy to have found a place at Pampered Paws!
